What do “cure panic attacks” programs offer?

Cure Panic Attacks

You might have seen that I am promoting two programs that promise to help you get rid of your anxiety disorder or panic attacks in this blog.

One is called

PANIC AWAY

panicaway

and the other

THE LINDEN METHOD

.

And you might have been reading both positive and negative stuff about them on forums or other places on the internet.

Negative stuff might be that…

They don’t give away any information that can’t be found in other places…

And….

They are very expensive….

Or…

They are a scam….!

The reason that I have decided to promote both programs in this blog is that I think they are both valid. I have myself managed to cure my panic attacks without these programs but it has taken me over 8 years of hard study and practice….

The same (and a lot more) information that I have gathered during these 8 years has all been put together for you in these magnificent programs by their founders. So instead of spending several years stagnated in development like I did, with either of these programs you can get all the information at once… for a price… a pretty small price if you compare with the years of not being able to work because of your anxiety or the wear and tear of your body because of the anxiety, or the medication bill every month…. Think about it!

Some people might say the programs are a scam and that they don’t cure you of your panic attacks or anxiety. I think that is false. I think that nobody can cure your panic attacks but you! I think that if you understand (and these programs can help you understand) that you have to change your way of thinking in order to achieve a total cure for your panic attacks you will have a 100% success rate in your mission.

So which one to choose???

THE LINDEN METHOD is by far the most researched and most detailed of the courses but it is more expensive. Charles Linden however accepts a down payment and within 56 days of purchase he gives a full refund if you are not happy with the program. If you are suffering from severe anxiety and panic attacks with obsessive compulsive disorder the THE LINDEN METHOD is the best tried out version.

PANIC AWAY is a lot cheaper and a little less detailed. But if you are suffering from light anxiety and panic attacks it will definitely do the job for you.

Do people really want to get rid of their anxiety & panic attacks?

Cure Panic Attacks

By being ill you get rewarded by attention!I have been surfing a bit on mental health related forums and blogs lately and I am truly curious about if people suffering from depression, panic attacks and anxiety are too tired or even lazy to do something about their problem and actually enjoy being “a little person”, or if they are just lacking in knowledge when it comes to curing their illness and therefore can’t do anything about it.

One thing that really struck me is how in the bottom of each post where you can put your signature, a lot of people had put their illnesses and medicines and how much of each medicine they were taking as if that was some kind of merit or there was a prize for being the one that is the “poorliest”. This may sound harsh but before you get angry I must add that I am also guilty of that crime! I’ve also been guilty of showing off my medicine list and illness list! Oh yes! So if you are one of those that did write down your illnesses and that, I totally understand why, and this is not a personal attack on you! But it is interesting..

So why does one show off the illnesses? I suppose one reason might be to find other people with the same problems to relate to which is fair enough. But another reason might be that they are stuck in a pattern from childhood whereby they get attention when they are poorly and know no other way to achieve attention as adults. They live as “little people” and enjoy it. And who wouldn’t? Wouldn’t it be nice to not have to go to work! Just sit at home taking drugs to keep you from the real you. Some people are probably so good at playing the “little person” that they have family members doing all sorts of things for them.. like going to the super market, shopping, cleaning or whatever.

I used to be a master at playing the little person and had everything and everybody controlled. The problem is however, that the triumph of being in total control as the little person makes you smaller and smaller and finally you disappear….. Poff!

What I mean is that you’re not doing yourself any favours by playing that game in the long run because your comfort zone becomes so small that you soon will be totally eaten up by your anxiety. You have to do the work yourself! No medicine is going to do it for you!

What do you think?

Do you think people are uneducated in their illness, ie. stuck in old patterns of thinking?

Or just comfortable being the little person?

All that talk about Magnesium as a cure for panic attacks

Cure Panic Attacks

Magnesium as a panic attacks cure!

enzymatic reaction

enzymatic reaction

I am going to try to explain how you may cure your panic attacks through a higher intake of magnesium.

Our body is like a great chemical machine that constantly moves and reacts depending on what we put in it. Unlike a mechanical machine the biochemical machine has a lot of mysteries that we yet have not figured out. But scientists are more and more looking into the effect that the mineral Magnesium has in the body’s functions. Everything we sense and feel in the body is due to enzymatic reactions. They are chemical reactions in the body made up of an enzyme system with three parts: a protein, a vitamin and a mineral. You might compare it to an electrical charge. In more than 300 of these enzyme reactions the mineral Magnesium is present.

So what happens when you have used up all your Magnesium?

Err.. well the body goes into meltdown! Magnesium deficiency namely has an effect on almost all parts of the body. One might experience twitches, muscle soreness, aches and pains in the head and neck and even jaw joint dysfunction. Other normal signs are tightness in the chest and inability to take a deep breath. People with magnesium deficiency might sigh a lot.

People might experience difficulty to adjust to bright light… Feel a lump in their throat… Constipation… Get annoyed by loud noises. Get heart palpitations and high blood pressure.

It’s getting interesting isn’t it!

But the most affected is the central nervous system, where magnesium deficiency gives symptoms like insomnia, anxiety, hyperactivity, restlessness, panic attacks, agoraphobia and pms. All sorts of pins and needle sensations in the skin might also be connected to deficiency of magnesium.

If you have read so far I think you might be on to something!

You don’t need to have all these symptoms together to have a deficiency in magnesium but they often present themselves together.
Unfortunately it is not easy to test whether you have a deficiency of magnesium in your body as a blood sample doesn’t show the amount that stays in the cells. You may do a series of testing of your urine during a 24 h period and then compare this to a new series of urine samples when given an injection with magnesium. However the best way is probably to look at your symptoms and see whether they lessen with an increased intake of magnesium.

Which kind of food contains magnesium?

You find magnesium in a wholegrain seeds, nuts and vegetables. Green coloured vegetables are full with chlorophyll that is a molecule that is full of magnesium.

Should I take supplements?

If your situation is severe food might not be enough and you might need to take magnesium supplements orally. I do not want to go into the dosage or which supplements to use as I am not a doctor, but if you feel like trying a magnesium supplement you should definitely talk to your physician or therapist so that they can help you get exactly the right one for you…..

And that’s how magnesium might cure your panic attacks!
